All of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order and crafted individually for each customer.

Processing Time:

Orders typically require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment.

Shipping Time:

Once completed, shipping may take approximately 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Total Deliver Time:

Customers should expect a total delivery timeframe of approximately 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase.

High-Value Orders:

For  security purposes, hight-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Delays: 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Updates:

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.
